Connecting Talent to Purpose
Connecting Talent to Purpose: Highlights from the ISP Recruitment Fair in London
This year marked a new initiative for us- the launch of the ISP London Recruitment Fairs, held in January and May. Designed to attract top teaching talent to our growing network, the fairs welcomed over 250 passionate educators eager to learn more about our schools and meet the principals who lead them.
We have just returned from the most recent of these two fantastic events, where the energy, passion, and sense of purpose were truly infectious. Across both fairs, we are proud to share that 70 new educators have now been appointed to join the ISP Middle East regional network.
The London fair provided a brilliant platform to showcase our Learning First strategy, share the unique stories of our schools, and highlight the meaningful progress we are making across the Middle East. It was equally exciting to collaborate with our colleagues from ISP Europe, with a special thanks to Simon Thompson, RLD for Europe, for his inspiring leadership and partnership throughout the event.
But the real highlight? Watching our amazing principals in action, leading with clarity, sharing their vision, and connecting with prospective colleagues who could soon be shaping the next chapter of learning in our schools. Their authenticity and commitment made a lasting impression on everyone they met.
A huge thank you to all who made the fair such a success, especially Rochelle Alonso, Mina Ansari, Sam McAleese, Nina Ciric, and Rebecca Farry, whose outstanding coordination, insight, and behind-the-scenes efforts ensured the events were both dynamic and energizing.
As we look ahead, it’s clear that recruitment is not just about filling roles- it’s about connecting talent to purpose, and building strong, passionate teams that will help us deliver amazing learning in every classroom.
We are already planning our next recruitment fairs for January and hoping to expand our reach to other cities, so we will keep you updated!
