Exciting New Developments in Marketing, Admissions & Retention

This quarter marks an exciting new chapter for our Marketing, Admissions, and Retention (MAR) teams across the region, with several key initiatives designed to strengthen alignment, enhance performance, and build consistency across all schools.

We are on the cusp of launching our new Standard Operating Principles (SOPs); a practical framework that defines how we work together and deliver excellence every day. These principles set clear expectations and reflect our shared commitment to collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Alongside the SOPs, we’re introducing our new MAR signatures, designed to bring these principles to life in how we communicate and represent our schools.

Building on this foundation, we’ll be rolling out a series of bespoke, in-house training sessions over the next 12–18 months, starting this term, to support schools in embedding these practices and driving stronger outcomes.

We’re also excited to launch of our new KPIs, which will help us better understand our pipelines, forecast target delivery with greater accuracy, and identify potential challenges earlier; empowering each school to make data-driven decisions and plan proactively.
