This recognition comes through the Best School to Work programme, developed by T4 Education in partnership with over 200,000 global educators. The certification process involves a rigorous, anonymous staff survey evaluating four key areas: leadership, collaboration, school environment, and professional wellness. Only school groups with over half of their regional schools achieving individual certification can earn the group distinction. We are proud to say 9 of our schools have received certification.
Prioritising People: What Sets ISP Apart
Across the Middle East, our schools have implemented a range of initiatives aimed at ensuring staff feel supported, empowered, and engaged. These include structured mentorship programmes for new and aspiring leaders, regular mental health and wellbeing check-ins, and access to personal development workshops.
Many of our schools host weekly wellness activities, and have appointed wellbeing leads to keep staff needs and feedback at the forefront. Collaborative learning is also a key feature, with teachers participating in peer-led development sessions, research projects, and cross-school communities of practice.
Colleagues in our schools are also given many opportunities through the year to share their views and give us feedback.
About the Certification
The Best School to Work certification assesses schools against four core pillars:
- Leadership – Evaluating vision, trust, communication, and growth opportunities
- Collaboration – Examining team culture and the wider school ecosystem
- School Environment – Focusing on positivity, inclusivity, and relationships
- Professional Wellness – Assessing workload, wellbeing, and staff support
Only the highest-scoring schools are certified, and only those school groups with a majority of certified schools in the region qualify for the group distinction.
Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this success.
