ISP Dubai Schools Unite for a Powerful Cause with Dubai Cares

A heartfelt thank you to our educators and teams for empowering student-led change

We are proud to share that ISP schools in Dubai have made a meaningful impact through our participation in Dubai Cares’ Students for Students initiative, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support and guidance of our incredible staff.

Thanks to your leadership, encouragement, and behind-the-scenes efforts, students across The Aquila School, The English College, Nibras International School, Star International School Al Twar, and Star International School Mirdif raised funds and packed 500 school kits for children from low-income families across the UAE.

Behind Every Student Initiative, There’s an Empowering Educator

Fundraising events such as bake sales, dress-up days, and awareness drives were all made possible because of the time and care our staff put into supporting student ideas and fostering initiative. The ISP event at The Aquila School, where 150 students packed school kits, was a brilliant example of what happens when our school communities come together with purpose.

These kits, filled with essential school supplies, will be distributed by Dubai Cares to students in charity schools and community centres before the new academic year — giving every child a better start.

Living Our Values Through Action

As part of the UAE’s Year of Community, this initiative offered a tangible way to bring ISP’s values to life — from resilience and respect to empathy and collaboration. Students didn’t just give back — they gained real-life experiences in leadership, service, and citizenship, all under the guidance of staff who model these values every day.

A Collective Achievement

We are delighted that each participating school will receive a plaque of appreciation from Dubai Cares, and that every student involved will be awarded a certificate of recognition. But this recognition extends to all of you — our teachers, support teams, and leaders — who played an essential role in guiding this journey from idea to impact.

Kam Bhamra, Regional Managing Director – ISP Middle East, summed it up beautifully:

“This is more than a campaign — it’s a community effort that reminds our students of the positive change they can create. Thank you to every staff member who helped make this possible.”
