4.Leading the Learning

This 5-component course is recommended for all staff.  This Learning Experience introduces "Leading the Learning"—a process of using real-time evidence to improve student outcomes and teaching practice. You'll learn how to design learning, conduct inquiries and visits, and apply insights to create learner-focused experiences.

A .Leading The Learning - Introduction

B.Leading the Learning: Evidence of Learning

"Evidence of Learning" is the starting point in the "Leading the Learning" journey, focusing on using real-time evidence to improve teaching and student outcomes. You'll explore the evidence cycle—gathering, analyzing, and applying data—and learn practical ways to document and reflect on learning.

 C.Leading the Learning: Learning Design

This course introduces Learning Design—ISP’s approach to planning that focuses on creating meaningful, high-impact learning experiences.
