Our Regional team has been busy and inspired this quarter. We successfully hosted the Regional conference 2025, bring together the school leaders, regional leaders and the regional team. This event allowed us to pause, reflect and step away from our busy daily work. We celebrated our successes, aligned on the priorities, strengthened the collaboration and reinforced our shared commitment to become a School of choice in the community.
Recruitment season is now in full swing and excitement is high as we prepare for two major events: the ISP Global Recruitment Fair in London and the Bangkok Regional Recruitment Fair 2026. Applications are now open, and early interest has been strong. These events are not only designed to attract talented teachers from outside ISP, they also provide a great chance for our educators who might be looking into future roles or just want to learn more about what’s going on in our schools.. Whether someone is considering mobility, looking for career development pathways, or simply curious about the wider ISP network, the fairs create a welcoming space to connect with school leaders and the Talent Team.
Another highlight this quarter is the launch of our Employee NPS, with Tara Pattana International School (TPIS) participating for the very first time since becoming part of ISP. This marks an important step in understanding staff experience and how we can all improve together to build an even better place to work.
As we move into the final part of the year, our focus remains on elevating employee engagement, strengthening safer recruitment, and ensuring every school is supported through this peak hiring season.
